Welcome to the Junior Manual section.

Items on this page are essential reading for all Club delegates, but are also extremely useful for coaches and managers of junior teams participating in the Poverty Bay Junior competitions.

This information is to be found in the Club Delegates manual - the Primary and Intermediate School rugby manual is still in development, but most information is common to both.

Indexed pages is a 21 page document setting out Rules and Regulations for teams competing in the Poverty Bay Junior Club competition, it explains the rules and has an in - depth section on dealing with Incidents and complaints.
