The Club Liaison Officer Scheme is an NZRU funded position that aims to improve the health of Clubs throughout NZ.

Dwayne Russell services the clubs in the Poverty  Bay and East Coast provinces, by providing administrative support and guidance in a range of areas from job descriptions for volunteers to funding assistance and event management.
