The Poverty Bay Under 14 Team is the first Open Weight Representative Team and focuses on improving skills and knowledge of these young players. The team take part in a 3 game programme, involving King Country, Thames Valley, Wanganui and is held in Taupo in the July School holidays. Coaching resources are provided by the teams who attend and an intensive skills based programme takes place prior to and in between games.
